I am passionate about self-improvement and personal growth; my own journey has led me to personal practices that centre and soothe me on a daily. I find solace in my morning routine of meditation and quiet reflection.

I love to write; expressing myself through poetry and journaling, and to dance. Family is important to me and nurturing these relations, as well as with my friends, keeps me grounded.

I am a patriotic South African, particularly moved by the plight of South African youth. Issues of identity, self-discovery and self-esteem are core passions of mine both in work and in life. I find that a solid knowledge of the core beliefs that built us and make up our internal reference of who we are provides important work for our becoming process. I continue to engage in my own process and have found it is my purpose to help others in theirs.
