Clinical Psychologist

I am a clinical psychologist with a strong grounding in Jungian and depth-oriented psychotherapy. My work focuses on understanding both the conscious and unconscious aspects of a person’s inner world, including the patterns, feelings, and symbolic meanings that shape how we experience ourselves and our relationships.

While my orientation is rooted in depth psychology, therapy with me does not require any prior knowledge of Jungian ideas. I work in alignment with each client’s needs, pace, and level of comfort, ensuring that the process remains accessible, practical, and personally meaningful. Whether the work involves exploring deeper themes, understanding recurring patterns, or focusing on day-to-day emotional challenges, I'll shape the therapeutic journey collaboratively.

I offer a steady, reflective presence and values curiosity, safety, and authenticity in the therapeutic relationship. My aim is to support clients in developing greater insight, integration, and a more grounded sense of self.

The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are - Carl Jung
