The Quiet Shift

Support group for new moms

Because motherhood changes everything – and sometimes, it’s the quiet moments that feel the loudest.

Becoming a mother can bring an overwhelming mix of emotions – joy, love, exhaustion, and sometimes… a deep sense of “I didn’t expect it to feel like this.”

You’re not alone.

The Quiet Shift is a safe, supportive online space for new moms to connect, share, and navigate the big (and small) shifts of postpartum life together.

This group offers you:

  • Connection – meet other moms who understand what you’re going through.

  • Validation – talk about the hard and beautiful parts of motherhood without judgment.

  • Support – learn tools to manage emotional changes, relationship shifts, and the identity transformation that comes with becoming a mom.
