Fees & Medical Aid Information • Cash clients: R1,600 per 60-minute session • Medical aid clients: Sessions are claimed directly from your medical aid at the approved medical aid rate, which may differ depending on your medical aid provider and plan. Administration Fee (Medical Aid Clients) All medical aid sessions are subject to a separate administration fee of R390 per session, charged by Psych Central. Please note: • This admin fee is not claimable from medical aid • It is payable directly by the client Session Length Options & Payment Structure We offer 51 - 60, 81 - 90, and 111 - 120 minute sessions. Medical aid claims and client payments are structured as follows: 51 - 60 minute session • Medical aid: We claim the session from your medical aid • Client pays: R390 admin fee 81 - 90 minute session • First 51 - 60 minutes: Claimed from medical aid • Additional 25 - 30 minutes: Cash payment (R800) Client pays this upfront • Client also pays: R390 admin fee (Upfront) 111 - 120 minute session • First 60 minutes: Claimed from medical aid • Additional 60 minutes: Cash payment (R1,600) Client pays this upfront • Client also pays: R390 admin fee (Upfront) We only claim the first 51 - 60 minutes from your medical aid. Any additional time beyond the first hour is charged privately, which you may claim back from your medical aid yourself, excluding the admin fee of R390.
