Clinical Psychologist
We’ve all heard one of these phrases at some point: “you’re just ungrateful,” “just get over it,” “motherhood is meant to be a blessing.” Yet our experiences are rarely that simple, and neither are we. I am a clinical psychologist who is passionate about helping you explore your experiences, giving you a safe space to acknowledge and navigate both their complexity, and your own.
My approach is grounded in mindfulness and compassion, helping you understand not only what you feel, but why. Together, we gently untangle difficult emotions and patterns, fostering greater self-awareness, acceptance, and growth.
This is a space where your story, values, and lived experience are respected. My intention is to meet all the different parts of you with care, curiosity, and acceptance, supporting you in moving from simply surviving, to thriving.
“You presume you are a small entity, but within you is enfolded the entire universe.”
