Counselling Psychologist
I'm a Counselling Psychologist who works from a trauma-informed, relational, and process-based perspective. My clinical work focuses on helping individuals understand the patterns that shape their emotional lives. I am deeply committed to making psychological concepts accessible, and my work spans topics such as cognitive distortions, people-pleasing, emotion regulation, trauma, boundaries, and navigating difficult relationships.
My therapeutic style is grounded, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I value helping clients build a clearer understanding of themselves, develop meaningful coping skills, and create sustainable change in their inner and relational worlds. My approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, humanistic, and dialectical principles, while remaining sensitive to each client’s lived context.
Alongside my clinical work, I have a strong interest in mental health advocacy, personal development, and creating accessible resources for my clients. I am dedicated to fostering spaces where individuals can explore their experiences with curiosity, honesty, and compassion.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” Carl Rogers
