I am a counselling psychologist with a special interest in attachment and how this informs our relationships with the world, significant others and how we view ourselves. I am passionate about finding a way to heal past wounds and through that form ways to find happiness, meaning and one's true authentic self.

Whilst I work through a psychodynamic process, I often incorporate various modalities and endeavor to create a collaborative process with my clients.

I am a wife, mom and community activist, and feel passionate about working towards a holistic individualized healing process with my clients. I have a particular interest in couples work and parent-infant psychotherapy with caregivers and infants.
