Counselling Psychologist
I believe therapy offers individuals a safe space to reflect on their experiences, explore solutions to their challenges, and find clarity to their questions. I recognize that everyone has the inner strength and capability to make their own choices. My role is to act as a compassionate guide, helping clients tap into their own resources and navigate their journey.
With a diverse range of academic and professional training in therapeutic approaches, I tailor my methods to meet the unique needs of each client. I have a particular focus on working with mood disorders, trauma, grief, adjustment difficulties, and relational challenges, whether within family, friendships, or romantic relationships.
I understand that the decision to seek therapy and open up about personal experiences can be intimidating. The process of starting or continuing ther apy can feel overwhelming. However, I’ve seen firsthand the transformative impact of being truly seen, understood, and supported while working towards one’s therapeutic goals.
