Counselling Psychologist

I am a Counselling Psychologist in private practice, registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). I obtained my Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Johannesburg and have over five years of experience working across various psychological settings.

I am passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and life circumstances. My goal is to support individuals in developing healthier coping mechanisms, building emotional resilience, and deepening their self-awareness as they navigate life’s challenges.

I work from an integrative therapeutic approach, tailoring the process to meet the unique needs of each client. My practice draws on modalities such as:
– Client-Centered Therapy
– Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
– Psychodynamic Therapy (PDT)

I have experience working with corporate organisations, universities, and a wide range of private clients, and I offer services to adults, adolescents, students, and employees.

Therapy is a journey, and I am honoured to walk alongside my clients, providing steady, thoughtful support every step of the way.
