Clinical Psychologist

I am a Clinical Psychologist who truly believes in the power of human connection. For over a decade, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals in different stages of their lives through some of their most difficult, confusing, and vulnerable moments. I consider this both a responsibility and an honor. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story. I have supported many people struggling with anxiety, mood disorders, relationship difficulties, life transitions, trauma, and emotional distress, and I bring both clinical expertise and deep human understanding to this work. I firmly believe that healing and meaningful change happens when a person feels truly seen, heard, and understood. My aim is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to support deeper self-understanding, emotional growth, and resilience.

At the heart of my work is my belief that healing happens within the therapeutic relationship. I see therapy not as something that is “done to you,” but as a collaborative journey that we take together. My role is to create a space that feels safe, warm, and non-judgmental; a space where you can show up as you truly are and make sense of your experiences at your own pace, without having to pretend, perform, or hold yourself together. I aim to help you make sense of your emotions, understand your patterns, and gently move toward greater self-awareness, healing, and personal growth.

Having myself experienced long term psychotherapy, I have a deep, lived understanding of what it feels like to be on the other side of the couch. I bring an embodied appreciation of this, which means I know how brave it is to seek help, how uncomfortable vulnerability can feel, and how meaningful it can be to feel truly seen and understood. This experience shapes my approach and I believe it helps me connect with my clients in a genuine, empathetic, and compassionate way, and further enhances my attunement to my patients’ emotional journeys.

I work with children (ages 7–12), adolescents, adults, and couples, adapting my approach to meet the unique developmental and relational needs, personality, and life stage of each person or partnership. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply curious about yourself. I see therapy as a shared process of discovery and healing, one that you do not have to navigate alone. I welcome you with openness, care, and respect.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” — Carl Rogers
