I completed my undergraduate and part of my postgraduate studies at the University of the Witwatersrand, before going on to earn my Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Johannesburg. My professional interests include psychotherapy, subject choice and career guidance, as well as forensic and psychoeducational assessments.

In my therapeutic work, I follow a person-centered approach, which honours the individual as a whole — mind, body, and psyche. I believe this approach is most effective in supporting people to discover their own strengths, values, and inner resources. Therapy, for me, is about creating a space where individuals feel heard and empowered to work toward their personal goals and self-actualisation.

Whether working with learners, young adults, or families, I strive to offer a holistic, compassionate, and supportive environment tailored to each person’s unique needs.
