About the Event

We are super excited to share with you our second mini-retreat specifically for therapists. We want to create a holding space for the people who are always helping others to spend a morning with themselves, doing some gentle yoga, followed by a sound therapy journey and concluded with some inward reflection of what being a therapist truly means. We have the amazing Sabrina from Asanatribe who will lead the  yoga and sound journey .

What to expect?

09:00 Hatha/ vinyassa flow:

From its traditional roots to its modern creative explorations, a mixed levels yoga & meditation practice to discover the healing nature of unity. Oneness between breath, body & soul. The courage to meet ourselves exactly where we are at any given moment, to inner self, to the present.

10.30-11am: Smoothie & Snack Break

A breather between sessions - a chance to refuel body and mind.

11-12pm: Nada Yoga - With Himalayan Singing Bowls

Using the vibrational frequencies from the singing bowls (and other sounds) to engage into our energy body helps us flow into our superconscious mind (borderline between being awake and asleep) entering into a deep state of relaxation. This helps us reduce stress, anxiety, depression and fatigue.

The two combined create an immensely powerful guided meditation technique. Each individual's experience is different and the more we practice the easier it is for us to enter this state and reap the rewards!

12-12.30pm: A Moment to Chill

An unguided chance to reflect and breathe before dashing out into the real world.
