About the Event

This event will be a first of many online community based classes offerred by one of our psychologists, Christel Roets. The goal is to offer a space where people get together and share the experience of reconnecting and returning to themselves. Meditation has proven to be a very useful tool for us to use as a way of managing our mental health. It is often found to be an opportunity to pause and to really listen and check in with yourself. Both breathwork and meditation offers great mental health and physical benefits, should it be practiced consistently. 

With this online guided meditation, it offers you the opportunity to take part wherever you may find yourself, be it still at the office, in bed or even in your car. You have the opportunity to share this space with others, while you are also able to be in your own safe space, swithicng your camera off if you feel the need to.

Our hope is to share a space where you can start practicing these tools and we will also be sharing an audio recording of the guided meditations on our website post this event, should you want to practice it on your own.
