Clinical Psychologist

I am a psychologist with over a decade of experience, proudly dually registered in Clinical Psychology and Counselling Psychology. Looking back, it truly has been a remarkable journey – one filled with learning, growth, and invaluable experiences across various sectors. I am genuinely passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and discover their strengths. Over the years, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, picking up invaluable lessons along the way, which taught me a lot about compassion, resilience, flexibility, adaptability and trusting in your client’s strength to overcome. Nothing inspires me more than seeing people thrive and find fulfilment in their lives.

I have had the privilege of working with people of all ages, with a special connection to adolescents and young adults. My overarching goal is to see people thrive, for them to live up to their full potential, functioning optimally, and enjoying fulfilling fruitful lives. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on evidence-based methods tailored to the client’s unique needs as no two journeys are the same. I strive to create meaningful, long-lasting change, as effectively as possible, always with the individual’s well-being at heart.

My work is driven by a deep desire to help others overcome challenges, achieve their goals, and experience a sense of well-being. Every day in this field brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and make a difference – and that is what keeps me inspired and motivated. I have learnt a lot from my clients, and I carry those lessons wherever I go. Whether I am running a group workshop, leading an outreach program, or having one-on-one sessions, I am committed to making a real difference. For me, being a psychologist is not just a career, but an ongoing adventure in growth, compassion, and connection.

“Probably the biggest insight… is that happiness is not just a place, but also a process. Happiness is an ongoing process of fresh challenges, and it takes the right attitudes and activities to continue to be happy.”
– Ed Diener

“Whole life is a search for beauty. But, when the beauty is found inside, the search ends and a beautiful journey begins.” – Harshit Walia
