Counselling Psychologist

I am a Counselling Psychologist with a deep commitment to empowering individuals to become the best experts of themselves. My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful, lasting change begins with self-understanding and self-awareness. When people learn to truly know themselves, their patterns, strengths, challenges, and emotional world, they unlock the capacity to grow with intention and resilience.

I prioritize creating individualized treatment plans that honor each person's unique needs, goals, and lived experiences. No two individuals are the same, and therefore no single therapeutic approach works for everyone. By tailoring the therapeutic process to the person sitting in front of me, I strive to offer care that is both effective and deeply personal.

Over the years, one of the most powerful lessons I have learned is that real strength does not come from avoiding discomfort, but from having the courage to explore one’s inner world with honesty and compassion. It is a privilege to walk alongside individuals on their journey of healing, insight, and self-discovery, and to witness the profound transformation that occurs when they reconnect with their own inner wisdom.

"You have power over your mind - not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength". - Marcus Aurelius
