TAKING CARE OF THE THERAPIST

We are super excited to share with you our first ever mini-retreat specifically for therapists. We want to create a holding space for the people who are always helping others to spend a morning with themselves, doing some gentle yoga, followed by a sound therapy journey and concluded with some inward reflection of what being a therapist truly means. We have the amazing Sabrina from Asanatribe who will lead the  yoga and sound journey and Christel Roets, clinical psychologist who will be facilitating the self-reflection. The morning will be ended off with some wholesome snacks and some awesome company. We look forward to sharing this space with you.
