I am a Development Coach and completed the Coaching for Development Programme at the University of Cape Town Grad School, trained according to the Integral Coaching methodology. This discipline enables clients to become more aware of their current approach to situations, to see new possibilities and then to build sustainable new competencies to achieve outcomes that deeply matter to them.

I have also obtained my credentialing from the International Coaching Federation. I specialise in working with individual clients, providing personal, life skills, parenting and career coaching; with the addition of diversity discussions and dealing with loss.

My passion lies in walking a co-creative path with fellow humans to assist them in growing towards their full potential and achieving objectives that may be challenging or long overdue.

My professional career spans over many years and industries, including a large amount of time in corporate; which has really prepared me for aiding others with numerous challenges in the workplace and successful communication. I can also consult around Marketing, Communications, Project management, training and business analysis focused on client information.
