Hi, my name is Noma. One of my passions lie in helping others find their passion(s). My interest in people development stemmed from a need to understand myself better and what I was meant to do with my life, from a young age. This has lead me to my career roles as an Independent Psychometrist and Coach.

I have an academic background in the psychological discipline with a focus on aiding people in their personal and professional development through coaching and psychometrics.
Having worked in the banking, consulting, aviation and financial services sectors for over a decade, I have gained invaluable experience of the work environment and people development to facilitate an individual's capability towards self-actualization.

My combined experience and qualifications bring about a holistic approach in supporting businesses, leaders and individuals thrive in their career and personal goals. My coaching style is person-centred, with a solution-focused intent that will support and challenge clients to overcome their problems.
