Lasting Love

Lasting love starts with YOU. In this short course we aim to assist individuals and couples to find ways to understand themselves better in order to be better in relationships. Weather you are single, but have struggled with relationships before, find yourself in a new relationship that you want to navigate better, are in a polyamorous relationship, or have been married for 20 years, this course is for you. When we can accept that we are a work in progress, for the rest of our lives, and truly focus on that, it is often more likely that we will build happy and lasting relationships with those around us. When we are able to turn inward, take responsibility for our own feelings, experiences and beliefs, we are in a much better position to form lasting and meaningful relationships.
