Reshmi Wilson
Clinical Psychologist
I am a Clinical Psychologist with a deep passion for working with both individuals and couples. My therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that psychological symptoms — whether experienced as anxiety, panic, or depression — often carry meaning. These experiences can be signposts, pointing to unresolved emotional wounds, long-standing relational patterns, or parts of ourselves we may not yet fully understand.
In my work with couples, I offer a reflective, containing space where partners can explore unspoken dynamics, deepen mutual understanding, and navigate conflict without blame. For individuals, therapy offers the opportunity to process trauma, navigate relationship challenges, and explore emotional distress that may be hard to articulate. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in repetitive patterns — in love, in work, or in their relationship with themselves.
I have a particular interest in personality functioning and personality disorders, as well as the ways early experiences shape how we relate and cope in the present. Some clients come seeking insight into symptoms that seem to defy explanation; others are simply looking for a space to be deeply heard.
Whether you come to therapy alone or with a partner, the heart of our work is listening — not just to what is said, but to what may lie beneath. Together, we make space for the unconscious to be brought into awareness and for meaning to emerge from emotional suffering.
