I qualified as a psychologist in 1997 and have worked in private, as well as corporate settings.

For all of us, life presents distressing circumstances that can feel chaotic and overwhelming. I believe that even our most shameful experiences are opportunities to become healthy and whole.

Therapy offers a helpful context to explore personal dynamics and relationship patterns in order to increase our self-worth, expand our wisdom and improve our resilience.

I will work with your concerns incorporating various effective methods as needed - such as narrative therapy, EMDR for trauma & loss, Imago principles of relationships, mindful visualizations and the pursuit of a purposeful life.

I work with adults in individual and couples counselling. I am inter-faith and LGBT friendly.
