Hi, my name is Anize van Zyl.
My career in Industrial Psychology started 17 years ago. During this time, I have had the experience of working in various organizations within the private and public sector, as well as consulting to organizations. My experience has allowed me to gain exposure to many different angles of the world of work.
Over the years I have had the opportunity to be trained in various psychometric assessment tools, as well as Employee Experience, Prosci Change Management, and the Professional Business Coaching Program (PBCP) at GIBS.
My focus is working within the organizational development space, on the one hand working with organizational structures, job profiles and job evaluations, developing competency frameworks and psychometric assessments (administration, interpreting, feedback) and on the other hand developing and executing team and organizational interventions and leadership coaching.
