When to seek help
It can be very difficult to take that first step to see a psychologist.
Here are some common psychological difficulties that a lot of people seek help for and that a clinical psychologist will be able to assist you with. It is important to remember that you do not have to experience any of these problems in order to see a psychologist. Sometimes we just need to talk to someone and might want to get to know ourselves although we are still functioning relatively well.
