"I aim to have all of my clients feeling stronger, more capable, and functioning as well as possible; socially, in their work environment, and within interpersonal relationships."
Human first, and psychologist next is my philosophy. I am a Counselling Psychologist and adopt a humanistic perspective in therapy.
I am passionate about helping individuals to be comfortable and content with their own bodies and minds. My goal in therapy is for individuals to be their truest self within the therapy room and be confident to be their true self outside the therapy space. My focus is to assist individuals to understand and discover themselves, and their relationships, holistically.
A little bit about me:
I love reading – fiction, non-fiction, personal blogs, you name it! I enjoy travelling and experiencing new spaces. I enjoy being immersed in a new place that teaches me countless things about people, including myself. I am an avid learner and enjoy gaining new perspectives of the world. This may be the reason that I love “Ted Talks”. My current skill in its early stages learning is classical Indian dance – a childhood dream.
